We’ll pay you for your books via a payment method of your choice. Our options include bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. You’ll see the money land in your bank the day after we receive and check your books!
We can only accept books that meet our condition guidelines. To avoid disappointment, make sure your books are free from the following damage:
- No tears to the cover
- No missing, loose or torn pages
- No damage to the binding

Once you’ve accepted our offer, you can print your free postage label at home, or we can send you one. All you need to do is label your boxes and send them via your choice of courier. You can drop them at your local parcel shop or arrange a home collection.
Unfortunately, if your books don’t meet our condition guidelines then we won’t be able to accept them. We pledge to recycle your books, so you can still feel positive that your books won’t end up in landfill. And if you don’t want us to recycle your books, we’ll return them to you (postage not included).
