We ask you to provide either an inventory of the books (Author, Title, Publisher, Date Published) or a photo of the spines of the books. This is so we can estimate the value of your books.
The offer we provide will include collecting the books from you, including the cost for the van, petrol and driver.

Not at all. Lots of large collections include older books without ISBNs and that's completely fine. You don't need to sort or catalogue anything before getting in touch, just take some pictures of the spines and tell us roughly what you've got.
Our team will review your enquiry and get back to you within 2 working days. We'll talk you through the options and agree a plan that works for you; there's no pressure and no fixed timeline.
In large collections, it's normal for some books not to have a resale value, especially popular fiction or books in poor condition. We'll always be honest about what we can and can't take, and anything we're unable to buy can be recycled responsibly.
If your collection includes anything that might be rare, antiquarian or a first edition, mention it in the form. Our specialist team can carry out a separate assessment for potentially valuable titles.
Payment is made directly to your bank account once the collection has been received and assessed at our warehouse. We'll confirm the final amount with you before processing payment.
