It all depends on the book. For example, if you have a first edition copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, you’ve got a book that’s worth its weight in gold! However, if you’ve got a third edition reprint, the book’s value will be significantly less. The best way to know if your book is worth something is to keep an eye out for the print edition and use our calculator to get an instant valuation; then, you can decide if you’re happy with it and accept our offer.
The easiest way to find the value of old books is by entering your ISBN into your selling basket on our website or downloading our app and scanning the barcodes to get an instant cash valuation. You should send your items within seven days of accepting our offer. If we haven’t received the items within 21 days, the price offered may not be valid, and upon receipt, we may adjust the amount to the current valuation
