The Sorting Process

Let’s start from the beginning, from the moment that your books are delivered to us. As soon as your books arrive at our warehouse, they are put through a rigorous quality inspection to make sure that they are in good condition. Once they have been passed off by our quality control team, the value of your offer is paid straight to you in the method of your choosing. When your books pass the condition stage and you have been paid, they are added to our system and filed away into our extensive book storage facility.

1. Your Books are Re-Sold

The vast majority of the books that you sell to us are eventually sold online and sent off to their new homes, somewhere around the world, for someone else to cherish. 2. Your Books are Donated

Often the books that aren’t sold are still perfectly usable and it would be such a shame to see them go to waste, and that’s why we have developed an initiative to donate large quantities of unsold books to support local schools. We take great pride in the support that we have managed to provide for schools in our local area; helping to stock school libraries, classrooms and even a book vending machine! 3. Your Books are Recycled

Here at WeBuyBooks, we don’t believe in waste. In fact, we would do everything we can to avoid it. Because of this, we make sure that not a single book that passes through WeBuyBooks gets sent to a landfill. To achieve this, we make sure that every book that isn’t sold, stored or donated is responsibly recycled so it can be broken down, pulped and turned into cardboard to use again somewhere else.
